This is a fun project to spice up boring white paper. Heres what you need - White paper, cups with soapy water (I used plastic cups so the dye didn't stain the good ones.. use the same amount of cups as food dye colors)& food dye and a spoon.
First, mix colors with the soapy water. You'll need about 3 drops of each color.
mix!
Now, lay your paper down. Grab your spoon and skim the top of the bubbles. You dont want alot of water on your spoon or else it wont turn out so make sure its just the top of the bubbles! If you find that your bubbles are too wet add more soap and another drop of dye.
You just want to get some bubbles on your spoon and tap them onto the paper barely touching at all.
Heres the end result! I just wrote a little note on my paper. Have fun!
